Role Purpose: Contributing to resolution of customer complaints through timely repair and reporting activities

1. Understand the circuit functioning and apply the same to arrive at appropriate solutions
2. Repair electronic products like energizers, gate motor drivers and electronic products (For traded
products) timely
3. Submitting complaints’ reports, resolutions, repetitive problem stimely
4. Maintaining the inventory of electronic components and devices for replacements/repair
5. Timely coordinate with factory, customers for timely resolution of products’ problems
6. Maintain inwards/outword report through ERP.
7. To offer maintenance /repair quotations to the customers timely
8. Generating proper invoices / Bills to the customers timely

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
