1. Evaluate operations and processes

2. Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards

3. Compile and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders

4. Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines

5. Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities

6. Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes

7. Ensure accurate setting out and leveling of the works in accordance with the drawings/ specifications.

8. Ensure all drawings and information relating to the post holder’s area of work is accurate and up-to-date.

9. Review Architect/Engineer/Services/Sub-Contractor drawings to ensure coordination and integration.

10.Ensure quality control and testing of work and materials is carried out in accordance with the specification requirements.

11. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the Construction Programme

12. Fulfill the role of Temporary Works Co-Ordinator when required

13. Acting as the main technical advisor, direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors when required, resolving any technical issues that may arise.

14.Liaising with local authorities as appropriate to ensure compliance with local construction regulations.

15. Fulfill the role of mentor as and when required.

16. Control and monitor site waste

17. Establish, maintain and build good relations with clients as well as their representatives and ensure sub- contractors do likewise.

18. Contribute to the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives

19. Coordinate with labors

20.Site Labour Attendance-Responsibility & Maintenance

21.Electric & Water Bill to be paid by S.E before due date of their respective sites

22. KEB & Water connection (Temp/Per)

23.Watchman salary

24.Coordinating with stores for used/reusable materials

25.Coordinated with Kishan for non absence from workers

26. Making sure all the bills are submitted to concerned department

28. Material to be received by site engineers only & maintain record for the same

29. Making sure received material are up to the mark & as per indent

30. Plan next day work details
