JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Have more than 5-7 years of experience in Firefighting/HVAC/ Plumbing at construction site.

2. Responsible for planning & monitoring execution of Firefighting /HVAC, & Plumbing works.

3. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.

4. Installation, testing & commissioning of Chiller, Compressors, WTP/STP/ETP, Firefighting Equipment & Pumps etc.

5. Co-ordinate with the Client for receiving drawings clarifications for construction and make a report of observation.

6. Execution of High side & low side Plumbing, FF, HVAC, etc. work as per drawing and site condition.

7. Monitor work progress and quality of work as per approved specifications

8. Ensure that the works are undertaken in a safe manner utilizing a project specific safety plan.

9. Attend daily Site Meeting work plan & target.

10. Oversee installation, operation to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.

11. Resolve the Site related issues and report to immediate Manager if any deviation or technical or some other issues related to the work.

12. Update daily/weekly MIS & reports & keep the records.

13. Daily conduct and maintain the tools box meeting and checking the Height work Permit (above 2m)

14. Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems and needs.

15. Coordinate with the Electrical/civil/PEB/other contractors for smooth clear working space without hampering the others work.

16. Review Clients Inspectors deliverables, analyze and resolve issues and problems emerging during the Quality Control activities. Ensure that all inspection and tests witnessed by clients.


Note: It is a Project Based assignment until Feb 22. It is likely to extend at the same project or any other project of Kajima India.


DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. Diploma in Mechanical /B. Tech in Mechanical.

2. Candidate with 5 to 7 yrs. experience in reputed construction company.

3. Candidate should have a positive attitude, Should be Goal oriented.

4. Disciplined and punctual, Adaptable/decisive and effective learner.

5. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

6. Effective Team Management skills.

7. Computer literate & good communication skill in English.
