Construction Site Supervisor Job Profile:

We are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join us as a site supervisor. The role of the site supervisor has broad responsibilities, from managing staff and overseeing projects, to maintaining safety protocols and implementing site procedures. Our ideal candidate should be experienced, responsible, and team-focused.

Please Note:

· Male candidates are required

· Immediate Joiner Preferred

· Candidate should be living in or around Dharuhera

· Candidate should have his own vehicle

Role Responsibility:

· Site Supervisor will be involved into the management and supervision of the construction site in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

· The site supervisor will assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a safety program.

· The Site Supervisor will be involved in planning, organizing and controlling projects.

· Construction Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the contractors and staff while maintaining a safe work environment.

· Oversee day to day operations of the facility

· Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures

· Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment

· Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports

· Supervise and evaluate staff; keep accurate records of workers attendance and time sheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate

· The Site Supervisor Will Watch the quality of construction

· He has to find new vendors, communicate with them regarding material search and purchasing products and services and negotiate pricing with them

· The Ideal candidate should have work experience with architect, landscape designer and interior designers

Expected Start Date: 3/9/2021

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹53,221.00 per month
