Role Description

In this position you will be a member of the Data Center Server Design Power and Perf DCDPnP team in Bangalore

We offer exciting opportunities to develop technical depth and leadership while developing breakthrough solutions for binsplit performance power and thermal validation while performing our cultural attributes at top In this role candidate will be leading SOC Power and Binsplit projections and optimization for the server SOC Potential candidate will be collaborating with worldwide cross groups to drive Power and Binsplit optimization to meet SOC power performance goals Correlate Pre Si power and actual power performance on silicon to meet product quality goals

Collaboration with worldwide cross-functional teams Engage with chip designers and software model engineers to define validation requirements and analyze silicon results

Performing statistical analysis to observe data trend Comprehensive understanding from product architecture to silicon learning Drive to maximize power and thermal efficiency to improve product competitiveness Influence product definition starting from Path finding Technology readiness phase As part of a highly technical team you will have the opportunity to interact across various corporate teams dealing with performance power delivery process and quality and reliability Model design for optimization of performance features and manufacturing yield In addition to the qualifications listed below the ideal candidate will also demonstrate

Qualifications:

BSMS in Electrical Electronic Engineering or equivalent with more than 10years experience in semiconductors industry

Skills Desired

Self motivated team player and problem solver

Basic understanding of PostSilicon static dynamic power and thermal characterization modeling and enablement of product rollout

Knowledge of general Computer Architecture concepts and silicon features

Expertise with Data analysis

Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems Linux Operating Systems

Familiar with Power performance tradeoffs and optimizations

Familiar with scripting languages and programming
