Social Media Operations Executive

NeoReach Digital is a content creation agency based out of Hubballi, Karnataka. We work with organizations across industries, mostly in the B2B space. We create high-performance content for brands of Indian and International repute. Our expertise extends to sculpting compelling brand messages for a multitude of marketing channels and touchpoints.

We’re searching for a Social Media Operations Executive who can adeptly oversee our clients’ social media presence and interactions on diverse platforms. The perfect candidate will excel in strategizing, executing, and tracking social media endeavors to achieve distinct objectives like enhancing brand recognition and engaging the audience effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients to understand their social media goals, preferences, and feedback to create tailored strategies that align with their brand identity and objectives. Ensure a collaborative and effective partnership throughout the planning and execution process.
  • Ensure effective coordination with designers and copywriters to produce cohesive and visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience, optimizing engagement and brand consistency across platforms.
  • Assess your competitors’ profiles, content, audience interactions, posting schedules, advertising methods, and trends to gain insights for improving your social media strategy. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Create social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. This includes selecting profile images, writing compelling bios, and providing all necessary information.
  • Regularly publish content on social media accounts in accordance with a content calendar or schedule. This involves creating and curating text, images, videos, and other media for posts from professional designers and writers.
  • Respond to comments, messages, mentions, and interactions from followers and users. Engage with the audience by answering questions, acknowledging feedback, and fostering discussions.
  • Keep an eye on social media metrics and analytics to track the performance of posts. Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Find and share relevant and valuable content from other sources, including industry news, user-generated content, and partner content.
  • Build and nurture a community of followers and fans by fostering a positive and interactive online environment.
  • Implement strategies to attract new followers and increase the size of the social media audience.
  • Develop and enforce social media guidelines or policies for employees or team members who may be involved in managing social media accounts.
  • Be prepared to handle and respond to any social media crises, such as negative comments, customer complaints, or PR issues.
  • Stay informed about changes in algorithms, features, and trends on various social media platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure that all social media activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and platform policies.

Compensation:The compensation includes options of variable payment, fixed plus variable payment and full-time payment.

Qualification:Graduate / Post-graduate degree in Marketing or English Literature or Journalism or Mass Communication or related fields would be preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills to work with a team of social media professionals, including content creators, copywriters and editors.
  • The ability to efficiently manage multiple clients and social media accounts, meet deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • An understanding of customer behavior on social media and the ability to empathize with and engage the target audience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in major social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and efficient in handling tasks.
  • Customer-centric approach with effective empathy and engagement capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools and applications.
