Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Growth Expert to join our team at Healveda Health. As a Social Media Growth Expert, you will play a vital role in expanding our online presence, driving engagement, and growing our community of suffering patients who are on a journey to becoming the heroes of their own health. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, optimizing content, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize growth and impact across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness for Healveda Health across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Create and curate compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.

· Identify key growth opportunities and implement tactics to increase followers, drive user engagement, and optimize conversion rates.

· Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure Healveda Health remains at the forefront of social media growth strategies.

· Leverage data analytics and social media listening tools to monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives, campaigns, and company objectives.

· Engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

· Explore and implement influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and attract a wider audience.

· Monitor and report on social media metrics, including growth, engagement, conversion rates, and customer feedback, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

· Continuously test and iterate on social media strategies, leveraging A/B testing and other techniques to optimize performance and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

· Proven track record of driving social media growth and engagement, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.

· In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, algorithms, and best practices.

· Experience with social media analytics and listening tools to track performance and gather insights.

· Proficiency in content creation, including writing engaging copy, creating visuals, and editing videos.

· Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and community building on social media.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and engaging content.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
