The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, hard-working team player with a thorough proficiency in all aspects of the job description, who will play a critical role in creating original social media marketing strategy and managing accounts and media promotions for a variety of clients across sectors on different social media platforms on behalf of the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategy and promotions
  • Manage social media accounts across platforms
  • Manage promotions across platforms
  • Liaise with internal and external teams in a respectful and timely manner for smooth workflow, approvals and feedback incorporation
  • Stay abreast of the ever-changing social media platform and format landscape and incorporate latest updates and trends in strategy and content calendar
  • Provide insightful data analysis and metric reporting for clients

Qualifications

  • Thorough expertise in multiple social media platforms, paid and organic growth strategies, analytics for social media metrics, and excellent client and team management skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
