What will you do

1. Planning and executing manual and automation testing.

2. Testing/QA concepts with good knowledge of manual testing.

3. Strong analytical skills to be able to translate from system requirements and use cases to detailed test cases.

4. Apply analytical skills to participate in troubleshooting of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.

5. Setting up of test environment for V&V activities.

6. Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.

7. Evaluate new tools for software development and deployment and integrate them into our existing tool’s landscape

8. Develop, document and execute CSV (Computer System Validation) for tools.

9. The engineer must create, update and execute test plans with high accuracy

What you need

Desired Profile

Education: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech./MCA - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunications

Experience: 4-6 years

Personality:

1. A software engineer - tester must be able to work independently taking over high responsibility for his work.

2. Highly disciplined.

3. Excellent written/verbal communication.

4. Must be a team player to work in a collaborative environment.

Good to have:

1. Knowledge of Product Risk management is a must.

2. Good knowledge about Windows OS (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8) and Linux OS including environment variables, command shell and file system structure.

3. Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, part 820, computer systems (e.g., multiple GAMP classes of systems), Equipment Qualification and Validation Change would be big plus.

4. Good knowledge of Python scripting language is a plus.

5. Knowledge of Databases and constructing SQL commands

6. Understanding of White Box Testing concepts is a plus.

7. Past experience in medical domain is a plus.

8.Exp in tools like PAX,DICOM,HLT are preferred.

Expected skills:

1. A software engineer - tester must be able to work independently taking over high responsibility for his work

2. The engineer must be able to understand and execute processes like CSV showing high discipline

3. The engineer must create, update and execute test plans with high accuracy

4. The software V&V engineer must be able to solve typical problems (software installation, update, migration, test environment set-up etc.) by himself

5. Excellent written/verbal communication and documentation skills.
