Job content

Provide technical, process related and administrative support for running the User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Resolve end-user questions/problems and troubleshoot issues and provide input to the creation of quality documents, namely SOPs and WINs, user guides, job aids, etc. Maintenance of process trackers, compliance run on daily basis and support in coordinating activities for solution outage with appropriate user communities.

Qualifications

Graduation/post-graduation degree in the scientific, IT or engineering or preferred or equivalent experience of 1+ years
