Duties Responsibilities

Functions

  • Troubleshoot business and operational issues associated with the Inventory and Manufacturing systems integrated with HighJump, PeopleSoft, and Oceaneering s other internally developed solutions.
  • Manage and work customer entered Help Desk tickets
  • Quantify issues and provide supporting data if issues are escalated to the application and hardware vendors.
  • Maintain HighJump software and hardware environments and migrations of configurations between environments Configuration of new hardware (Tablets, Scanners, Label Printers)
  • Manage the WMS environments and migration of configurations between environments
  • Translate business requirements into technical design documents using Microsoft Word and Excel

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities.

Reporting Relationship

  • This position reports to the Manager, Supply Chain Solution, Business Solutions.
Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor or Master s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with PeopleSoft Financials or other ERP tools.
  • An understanding of Accounts and Ledger.
  • SQL knowledge to read and write queries.
  • MS Office products experience.

DESIRED

  • Supply chain and distribution industry knowledge and experience
  • Warehouse Management Systems (specifically HighJump) experience a plus Labeling Software Administration (Bartender/Loftware) experience a plus
  • Barcode scanning and RF hardware (Intermec/Symbol or similar) experience a plus
  • Experience with network operating systems, wireless hardware configuration and setup, and/or reporting application tools are a plus
  • Experience with HighJump Software s Advantage Platform and Advantage Applications a plus
  • Interface/middleware technologies (XML, JSON, ect.) experience a plus

  • Must have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with a variety of individuals and skill levels.
  • Must possess good analytical skills in order to troubleshoot and resolve business process, information system and interpersonal issues.
  • Must have the ability to be accountable for quality customer service.
  • Must be able to complete routine assignments without direction.
  • Must be able to prioritize issues and requests based on customer urgency.
