About the Role
Domain Knowledge on Core Finance and SCM processes.
  • Procure to Pay
  • Record to report (Accounting Rules )
  • Order to cash
  • Procure to Capitalize.
  • IFRS Accounting
  • Budgeting & Business KPIs Reporting .
  • Consolidation processes.
  • Tax TDS and GST compliances
  • Governance Risk and Compliance processes.
Inventory and demand management
Key Responsibilities
Common points.
  • Understand how all parts of the business model work together including Financial and SCM processes and application architectures.

  • Understanding these processes, he/she will be able to design a specific solution that fits the environment best.

Experience & Skills
Specific to Oracle Fusion.
  • Knowledge on how a company is set up in Fusion applications and chart of accounts.
  • Knowledge of how CoA in Fusion can be used to deliver Cost centre accounting and product level accounting.
  • Knowledge of how data migration happens from on premise R12.1 to Fusion.
  • Knowledge on the various modules of Fusion that do business KPI reporting , consolidation , IFRS reporting.
  • Complete knowledge at a field level of Fusion Masters/Sub ledgers/Ledgers etc.
  • Knowledge of use of ADIs in Fusion.
  • Must have done 2-3 implementations or migrations to Fusion cloud set up in a complex environment.
Specific to SAP.
  • Knowledge on how a company is set up in SAP ERP and chart of accounts.
  • Knowledge of how CoA in SAP can be used to deliver Cost centre accounting and product level accounting.
  • Knowledge of how data migration happens from on premise R12.1 to SAP.
  • SAP FICO modules knowledge.
  • Knowledge on the various modules of SAP that do business KPI reporting , consolidation , IFRS reporting.
  • Complete knowledge at a field level of SAP Masters/Ledgers etc.
  • Must have done 2-3 implementations or migrations to SAP cloud set up in a complex environment.

For Employees
Individual must have done 2-3 implementations, where by in SAP experience from premise solution is a must
