Process


EMEA Investment Reporting & Analytics process support Dublin center for Investment Reporting for USGAAP analytics, Solvency II Analytics, Alternative Investment, HFM reconciliation, Morristown reporting, Solvency II QRT preparation (D1, D2O, D2T, D4, D3 & D6) and National Specific Templates (NST12 & NST13), Risk Concentration, BDO coupon review, CIC update, JE processing, Solvency II ledger reconciliation, Portfolio Seed review for EMEA entities.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Prepare and upload Solvency II close Journal entries
  • Contact Local office finance controllers to collate and consolidate quarter close numbers
  • Work upon various month close reports
  • Prepare and validate Pillar 3 QRT reports
  • Participate in UAT & system testing
  • Consolidation of investment data received from EMEA controllers, ensuring it meets standards and is compliant with specifications for content and format
  • Perform and review various validations on input data for consistency
  • Upload final consolidated data in other tools for further processing
  • Perform various validations/analysis in Base data file before submitting to Pillar 1 and QRT finalization
  • Responsible for quick turn around of Journal entries submission
  • Perform ledger reconciliations, research & analysis
  • Daily connect with various stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements in prioritizing and completing work assignments
  • Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor

Qualification:

B.Com./M.Com./MBA (Finance)/CA (Inter)/CMA (Inter)


Experience:


  • Should have sound knowledge of Financial Accounting and principles
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting domain
  • Prior experience in closing & reporting process will be preferred
  • Ability to collect, collate & analyze data
  • Excellent analytical and research skills
  • Self-motivated, well organized and flexible with a sense of urgency approach


System Skills:


  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advance Excel).
  • Preferred knowledge of Alteryx, PAM, Smartview, PeopleSoft, Oracle Analytics, Cubus and Bloomberg
