Roles and Responsibilities

o Managing the overall project plan, tracking deliverables per the scheduled timelines

o Liaising with HR Technology in aligning all streams

o Ensuring overall adherence to project milestones, schedules, budget, and task list completion

o Assuring operational readiness for go-live and stabilization period

o Managing implementation risks and mitigation of risks

o Gathering and understanding the requirements and deliverables

o Delivering against predetermined project deliverables, against the project schedule

o Supporting project milestones, schedules, budget, and task list completion

o Responsible for migration and validation of requirements and deliverables

o Escalation of issues requiring next level management decision

o Collaborate with departments applicable for the overall success of assigned projects

o Work collaboratively with HR Ops team leads to identify improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, etc.

o Engage strongly in continuous improvement activities, ensuring that we have the processes, organization, and technology required to meet HR Ops strategies and objectives.

o Collaborate with key stakeholders to better understand joint opportunities to improve processes and reduce variation through improved logistics processes and capabilities
