Position Summary


  • Assist in establishing and evaluating personal and team stretch goals.
  • Promote personal and team optimal performance in all areas including speed, volume, accuracy, controls, and service

Job Responsibilities


  • Extracting, compiling, and comparing data from various sources.
  • Test the report / data for possible fraud, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Report out the findings to management.
  • Extracting, compiling, and comparing data from various sources and reviewing data / creating metrics using various systems, applications, and Excel.
  • Check the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of data by running various reports and comparing it to GPAY, PCTS or Vantage systems.
  • Save and share the reports / findings with on shore team.
  • Be able to create / modify formulas in Excel to meet the need of any report.
  • Interpret data to identify possible fraud situations.
  • An understanding of the business practices of each team
  • Analyze, validate, and perform tasks as per Standard Operating Procedures (L3)
  • Working on all process improvement initiatives and maintaining a timely communication with dedicated subject matter experts
  • Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards
  • Ensure that the quality of transaction’s are compliant with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence
  • Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
  • Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor

Education


  • B.COM


Experience

  • 2-4 Year


Knowledge and skills
(general and technical)


  • Graduate in Commerce/Accounting/Business Administration
  • Good Computer navigation Skills
  • Good Typing Speed
  • Good knowledge of complete MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of Advance Excel with command over Pivots
  • Knowledge about US Culture
  • Knowledge of Accounting principles
  • Should be able to interpret Business Documents
  • Good Oral/Written Communication
  • Proficiency in English
  • Analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Data gathering ability/ Eye for detail
  • Team work/ Managing Self / Adaptability
  • Ability to work successfully in production driven environment
  • Adaptability to change
