Sr. Associate - UAT TESTER

Commercial Real Estate is a core business unit focused on Commercial Lending within the JP Morgan Chase group. We are seeking a talented, highly effective and efficient Sr. Associate - UAT TESTERfor implementing and managing testing processes in UAT and production environments.

The above role includes:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for UAT planning, defect management and test status reporting activities
  • Create test profile and test concept
  • Lead test case creation, test execution and test resources
  • Document test result, deviations, communicating to product managers and developers
  • Create test-specific status report
  • Lead testing and achieving the overall technical and functional acceptance
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time
  • Weekly Release Reporting
  • Manage any issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
  • Support and coordinate the UAT testing activities from start to finish for assigned projects
  • Create and manage a UAT plan for each UAT event.
  • Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, or operating system updates

Required Qualifications:
  • 7-12 years QA testing, UAT testing experience
  • Demonstrated ability in Agile methodology
  • Ability to write test documentation such as test plans scripts and reports
  • Demonstrated drive to achieve results, and meet deadlines and deliverables
  • Results-orientation - takes initiative to identify areas to add value and executes quickly and accurately
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment able to manage and execute across competing deliverables
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma
  • Excellent analytical, excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in financial services, Commercial Banking, Real Estate
  • Prior Digital product management experience, UAT tester, QA tester
  • Prior agile method, scrum process and UAT experience
