Job content

  • To manage mid size of modeler team
  • To interact with client & coordinate with offshore team to brief the project inputs
  • Design & developing of architectural design layouts for various Projects like Residential, Commercial, Industrial, housing project, Hotels, Ware house etc.
  • Hands on experience in Architecture BIM modeling, architectural & structural 2D detailing in Auto Cad.
  • Preparation of Building Detail Drawings like Floor layout, Wall Cladding, False Ceiling, Furniture Details, Joinery Details, etc in Auto CAD 2D.
  • Hands on experience to setup architecture/structure/MEP projects for 2D to 3D conversion.
  • Resolve the modeler queries and estimate the work quantity and effort estimation.
  • C4R experienced modeller (BIM360 & A360).
  • Prepare schematic drawings as per the client requirements.
  • Design development and preparation of architectural building plans.
  • Preparation of plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
  • Drafting of architectural detailed drawings.
  • Modelling the project as per LOD with tolerance of 1/32.
  • Conversion of Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWG, DWF, IFC & PDF.
  • Generating sections/schedules/schematics in models.
  • Perform clash detections among all trade models
  • Populating Fabrication drawings, Shop Drawings, GFC Drawing and Combined Drawing.
  • Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to the manager.
