About the role:

Senior Client Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for database administration, sourcing of data through web research and turning data into insights. The primary role is to ensure that relevant information in the database is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research activities, including collecting and analyzing data through subjective research
  • Have Knowledge on keyword searches; data compilation and manage databases
  • Deliver outcomes using good interpersonal skills and organizing skills
