Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Greet and welcome customers to the boutique, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Listen to their needs, preferences, and desires to offer personalized assistance.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our watch collections, including their history, craftsmanship, and unique features. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the luxury watch industry.
  • Sales and Consultation: Guide clients through the selection process, providing expert advice and recommendations based on their preferences. Assist clients in making informed decisions, ensuring they find the perfect timepiece.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a database of client information and preferences to foster long-term relationships. Follow up with clients and provide after-sales support, including servicing and maintenance advice.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing boutique environment by ensuring watches are displayed attractively and in an organized manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and communicate product availability to clients.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical sales practices and compliance with all industry regulations.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2 - 7 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in high-end fashion or luxury watches.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for luxury fashion and watches.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
