This is the era of data-driven recruitment marketing, and we’re looking for a talented, inherently curious, and passionate analyst to help us evolve our digital strategy with deeper insights on how our career site, brand profiles, and social media channels influence the candidate journey.

The Digital Analyst, Global Recruitment Marketing will be responsible for defining and measuring content success across all digital properties owned by our team, investigating opportunities for optimization, recommending strategies for growth and scaling, and delivering visual performance summaries and recommendations to leadership. The role will also have the opportunity to shape the direction of employer brand and recruitment marketing programs by evangelizing data insights with key stakeholders across Business Technology, Creative, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Marketing and PR, Employer Brand, Onboarding and Alumni Programs, and Salesforce Office of Equality teams.

Our number of digital properties and programs are rapidly growing from our career site, to Glassdoor and Indeed profiles, to social media, email nurture journeys, and beyond. We are looking for someone that embraces constant change, who challenges themselves to deliver consistent excellence. Clear communication is key: you will be responsible for explaining and presenting success metrics and performance to non-analytical audiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain monthly dashboards and visualization tools to facilitate global reporting and optimization, which will encompass data fromsalesforce.com/careers, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, 20+ global Glassdoor profiles, 30+ global Indeed profiles, and more

  • Collect business/tracking requirements from stakeholders to ensure all digital tracking needs are met related to recruitment marketing

  • Manage analytics integration with marketing technologies such as Social Studio, Datorama, Tableau CRM

  • Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of analytics

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover actionable insights that inform our marketing strategy

  • Work closely with paid, owned, and earned channel managers to identify key questions, problems, and KPIs for analytical frameworks that reveal opportunities for performance improvement and innovation

  • Ensure maintenance and improvement of analytics tracking on web platform

  • Build and maintain relationships across stakeholders including Business Technology, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Marketing and PR, Employer Brand, Onboarding and Alumni Programs, and Salesforce Office of Equality.

  • Design presentation slides and present to internal stakeholders and executives

Required Skills/Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analyst role

  • Team player, able to work with global cross-functional teams

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and influence executive leadership

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, tactics, and metrics. Some of your favorite acronyms include SEO, SEM, CTA, and KPI

  • Ability to explain complex analytics concepts to a non-analytical audience and gain buy in

  • Impeccable attention to detail, creating order, and solving problems

  • Skilled in querying and working with large structured and unstructured data stores

  • Experience working with analytics stored natively on social media platforms, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other third-party solutions

  • Ability to align analytics from a number of sources into one dashboard view

  • Skilled at technology and data integrations, partnering with developers

  • Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, specifically Social Studio/Marketing Cloud API and Data Integration

  • Experience with data visualization/dash-boarding tools, i.e. Tableau CRM, Datorama
