Motivated and experienced Road Design Engineers who can utilise their strong technical and project management skills to deliver highways-related infrastructure projects.

As a Senior member of the high performing team, you will be given the opportunity to lead project teams and contribute your expertise to world-class projects, developing technical designs and delivery models for various highway upgrades, rural roads and urban roads projects.

This role will see you working with multi-disciplined engineers and designers in a fast-paced environment whilst supporting a strong pipeline of existing projects, ranging in size and scope, as well as working on several major pursuits in order to continue the projected growth of our business.

Technical competence in detailed highways geometry design using MX Road/Civil 3D/Open Road Designer and able to independently deliver work and integrate with larger project team.

Clear knowledge of work procedures, and ability to brief project team on them and responsible for completion of projects to time and cost. Assists in the leadership of functional teams or projects. Communicating with counterpart in lead office/Client and Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams on project delivery. Able to realistically estimate pricing associated with projects within their area of expertise. Self-discipline and able to manage own daily work allocation as well as team members

Here’s What You’ll Need:


Open for Candidates from Gurgaon/Hyderabad/ Mumbai Locations.

Minimum 6-7 years of proven highway design experience with software proficiency in Open Roads or Civil3D BIM enabled design.
Exposure to other software tools (Inroads, 12D, TransiCAD, PDS Sign & Lines) and relevant design standards (DMRB/ Aashto /AusRoads preferable.
Able to perform at checker/reviewer level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Geometric Design of Highways- Design of horizontal alignment with spirals, vertical profile, roundabout, intersection and interchange design, calculation of earthwork, preparation of detailed cross-sections, preparation of superelevation data, Junctions and Roundabout grading, parking facility, checking maneuvering of vehicles in parking area using Auto-Turn, Signing & Marking and estimation of quantities.

Preparation of plans, profile, Assemblies and Corridors.

Taking responsibilities for their own work and producing higher quality technical output.

Able to assign work to Graduates, Technicians and report on own performance on a regular basis

Communicating with counterpart in lead office/Client

Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams on project delivery

Ability to listen, understand and follow instructions.

Shows flexibility in work tasks and locations.
