Roles and Responsibilities

Payroll


-Maintain payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and
entering of data
-Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable pay

-Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
-Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests

HR Information Systems


-Responsible for the management and maintenance of HR information systems and databases
-Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data
-Work alongside the HR Technology function to perform regular assessments and
improvements to the , Payroll process.

Administrative


- Assist and support Talent Management team in their day to day operations like: BGV,
Psychometric
-Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files
-Maintenance of HR email account and ensures prompt response
-Ensure documentation and updating of procedures and forms whenever needed
-Assists the HR team in social events and activities
