  • 80% Recruitment and 20% employee management role (training will be provided if the right skill sets are in place.
  • Manage end-to-end Technology team right from Recruitment to Employee Communication to Grievance Management to Exit.
  • Prepare JD with inputs from Technology leads / HOD.
  • Responsible to source, recruit, and screen applicants for various technology positions, including Developers, Programmers, Quality Analysts etc., across levels, within the defined timelines.
  • Interview candidates at first level with technical set of questions and shortlist for further rounds with Technical leads.
  • Efficient coordination with recruitment partners for staffing or contractual hiring needs.
  • Exposure to Contractual Hire / Temporary staffing / undertake Drives during weekends if need be.
  • Extensive use of portals like Naukri / Social Media networking like LinkedIn and be part of other related Technology groups to post the open positions and communicate when needed.
  • Constant and timely communication with Technology team.
  • Grievance Management of Technology team along with submission of the same to the Seniors periodically as defined.

Required Candidate profile

  • Graduate in any stream (BSc / Technical degree would be an added advantage)
  • Hiring of Technology positions, across levels, with excellent negotiation skills, atleast since last 2 years
  • Exposure to conduct drives since last 01 year atleast.
  • Part of various social media technology groups
  • Experience to conduct first round of technical interviews with basic technical language know how.
  • Exposure and current network with Technology vendor partners for contractual staffing
  • Good communication / proactive / quick / sense of ownership / disciplined / honesty / commitment to the job are necessary behavioral attributes.
  • Exposure to Grievance Management / Employee Communication is a plus
  • Experience working on spreadsheets and power point presentations is a plus
  • Exposure to OTT / Ecommerce / Digital industries would be an added advantage

Note
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or in 15 days time period.
  • Currently Work from home is allowed till the time work from office becomes operational
