Job Title: Sr. IT Analyst (Supply Chain Planning IT Solutions Deployment Specialist)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a solid background in business process optimization and IT solutions deployment to join our team as a Supply Chain Planning IT Solutions Deployment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of integrated IT solutions for our supply chain operations .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing supply chain processes with primarily focusing Planning to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IT solutions. Manage the supply chain planning master data to drive the required business processes and system solutions as per global standards.

2. IT Solutions Deployment: Lead the deployment of Supply Chain Planning IT solutions tailored to enhance efficiency, visibility, and agility within the supply chain. Coordinate with IT vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation within established timelines and budgets.

3. System Integration: Oversee the integration of IT systems with existing infrastructure and applications. Understand the existing application(s) processes for Supply Chain Planning. Develop and execute integration plans, conduct testing, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across the supply chain network.

4. Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to minimize disruptions and maximize user adoption of new IT solutions. Provide training and support to end-users, create documentation, and communicate effectively to promote understanding and acceptance of changes.

5. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and IT systems performance. Proactively identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and streamlining of workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.

6. Risk Management: Assess risks associated with IT solutions deployment and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across departments, including supply chain management, IT, Finance, Business Partners to align IT initiatives with business objectives and priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

6-12 years of experience in supply chain planning process operations and optimization, IT solutions deployment, and project management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

- In depth understanding of end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain Planning processes in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SIOP and Inventory Optimization. Identify system design gaps, as required to improve the Planning and SIOP process including automation of processes / reduce cycle times / improve productivity / customer collaboration / supply network collaboration / vendor managed inventory process, statistical forecasting, etc.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully managing IT deployment projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Spanish language skills along with English language is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Global Supply Chain Planning processes, supply chain management principles, including inventory management, materials planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
  • Experience Kinaxis RapidResponse planning application

- Experience with ERP systems, supply chain management software, and data analytics tools is highly desirable.

  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), supply chain management (e.g., APICS), or IT (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
