Major role and Responsibilities
- Literature search.
- Development of analytical procedures.
- Troubleshooting of Analytical methods during development.
- Troubleshooting of instruments.
- Validation of analytical procedures.
- Technology transfer of Analytical procedures.
- Implementing innovative methods to reduce the time of analysis.
- Setting of specifications.
- Analytical data review.
- Interpretation of Analytical data.
- Resource Planning.
- Technical Documents preparation and review.
- To write, maintain & review analytical operational and calibration SOPs.
- Training of new research associates on shop- floor job.
- GMP compliance.
Competencies
- Expertise in HPLC/GC method development.
- Development of short and cost effective analytical methods.
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidance for Europe and US markets.
- Knowledge on QbD approach for analytical development.
- Interpretation of LC MS-MS and GC MS-MS, NMR is desirable.
- Proven leadership, at least 4 yrs. prior experience of handling team.
