Job content
Responsibilities
1. Identify opportunities for development and improvement in Process and Operations in line
with Business Excellence initiatives.
2. Define, Benchmark’s strategy and roadmap for Quality Improvement Projects, Operational
Excellence and cost reduction.
3. Develop and mentor Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt projects teams.
4. Identify and execute improvement projects leading to zero rejection.
5. Coordination with various departments and Functional Heads to seek their support and
involvement for timely completion of improvement projects in each of the Business unit.
6. Direct and support the project members and engineers for all technical support activities in
the identified projects.
7. Ensure team’s adherence to QMS and IMS standards.
Key Result Areas:
1.No. of improvement Projects 2. No. of Teams formed with Six Sigma Approach 3.Timely completion of projects with Target. 4.Adherence to IMS procedures
