Job Description

  • 6-8 years of experience from good MNC pharma company with Sourcing and Procurement experience
  • Should be from premium B Schools or Tier 1 (we can still look at candidates with Tier2 and Tier3 as well if candidates are exceptionally good)
  • Spend to be managed is close to 30 million overall
  • To be very good in operations excellence be able to identify cost benefit from the Indian market to the regulated market
  • Candidate should be from finished goods product
  • Should be from Regulated market – USFDA and Europe market
  • OSD experience is must as 70% work is in same and sterile is added advantage
  • Should have worked in both direct and indirect materials
  • Should be from contract manufacturing or third party or from external supply experience

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • B.E. / B. Tech or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals
  • Full time MBA , preferably from leading institute in Operations / Sourcing / Materials Management / Supply Chain Management

Experience:

  • Total years of experience required for the role: 6 + years
  • Procurement experience: 3 + years of Procurement, party in Strategic Procurement and category management
  • Pharma industry experience: 3 + years
  • Operational Excellence / Six Sigma (yellow or green belt) preferred.
