Job Description

ServiceNow is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist, Supportbased in our Hyderabad Office from where we support our global regions. The successful candidate will support the AR team in its performance and execution of daily tasks.

• Excellent administrative skills, such as managing various busy email inboxes, completion and routing of financial paperwork, invoice postings and assignment of tasks to other team members

What you get to do in this role:

• Be responsible for support of tasks within the AR function, including, but not limited to,Order Processing, Billing, Collections and Query Resolution.
• Manage various busy email inboxes and other communication methods timely and accurately with a focus on both internal and external customer relationships
• Maintain relevant and accurate customer master records, while ensuring all internal controls and SOX policies are
• Participate in AR related projects, including UAT and system testing, with relevant teams in EMEA, APJ and US as the company continues to grow and
• Actively participate in the Month End close, including completing reconciliations and other month end tasks, working closely with the broader Finance Department, to ensure a successful and timely

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for a role within the Finance department within ServiceNow
• Strong working knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, billing and order processing strategies and practices. ( 5 years+ experience)
• SAP knowledge preferable
• An excellent approach to teamwork within a fast-paced international
• MS Office
• Strong attention to detail, is deadline-driven and has a willingness to get the job
• Strong communication skills, with appropriate style of communication to deal effectively with all levels
