You are required to have skills in the following areas:
Should have 5 - 8 years of end-to-end Global Project Management experience in large and complex IT projects.

Manage, monitor, and deliver multiple interrelated complex global IT projects.

Internal & Staffing Resource management .

Proactively identify project delivery risks, establish mitigation measures, mechanisms, and communicate.

Coordinating with TAC team and Account management on the Staffing requirement .

Establish delivery monitoring controls and governance mechanisms.

Lead, guide, inspire, motivate, and direct multiple cross-organizational teams to deliver the project, ensuring to meet the project KPIs.

Generate reports for the Leadership team .

Working experience with internal and customer finance teams.

Stakeholder communication - prepare a status report, attend customer calls, ensure CSAT score

Responsibilities and Duties:
Initiate the project - check feasibility and work out budgets, teams, and resources.

Help client, PMO team, and owners in project execution including coordination between site, client head office, and stakeholders.

Effectively promote the use of companies’ solutions and develop healthy relationships with stakeholders to become a go-to person for the project.

Select, lead and motivate your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organizations.

Manage the project - which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget.

Carry out monitoring and control activities in order to track the progress of the project.

Implement any necessary changes throughout the process.

Complete ownership of multiple project understanding of agile/scrum - Agile metrics and running a standup call resource utilization monitoring - resource task planning and monitoring.
