Samarth Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to work closely with our agriculture team. Your passion for the agriculture industry, sound technical knowledge of business-to-business marketing and project management skills will ensure that we continue to effectively grow our practice and deliver exceptional service to our client base.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Look after current customer base
  • Develop and Grow current customer base
  • Interpret Results for customers
  • Problem-solving ability to solve any issues they may have based on their results
  • Market Agricultural Services
  • Market the company as a brand
  • Attend seminars and farmers meet in all areas given
  • Carry out presentations to groups around the country
  • Be capable of carrying technical presentations on testing services
  • Be capable of writing articles and newsletters on current affairs within the farming industry
  • Project Manage numerous contracts and projects
  • Must have an understanding of all areas of agriculture and how useful the tool of testing is

The ideal candidate:

  • Candidate should have a degree in B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech in Agriculture
  • 5 years of marketing experience with an agriculture background and/or agriculture sector experience
  • Should have experience in creating RFP.
  • Should have experience in dealing with government clients.
  • Should be an outgoing person and be able to deal with multiple queries
  • A good organizer
  • Be a people person and be able to sell services
  • Be able to come up with new ideas of marketing, selling, and increasing services to customers and follow them through
  • Have the ability to work independently and with a team
  • Be a good manager and bring the best out in people

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
