Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Continually explore, evaluate and recommend best practices to provide higher quality service, scalability, and modern architectural standards.
Execute the implementation, configuration, and management of all the SAP on-prem systems, including but not limited to SAP ECC, SAP SRM, SAP CRM, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Fiori, SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), SAP PI/PO, SAP Business Objects, SAP BI Platform, and SAP Solution Manager.
Monitor the system performance on a regular basis against the performance benchmarks, and proactively identify future issues and plan to optimize performance.
Perform incident management and analysis for the SAP Systems
Ensuring each reported problems are resolved in a timely manner, tracked according to standards, and escalated problems are resolved as appropriate.
Participate in on-call rotation.
Perform other duties as may be reasonably required and in line with the incumbent’s scope of services above.

Education:

A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree is desirable.
Relevant SAP certifications are desirable.
PRINCE2 certification is desirable.

Experience:

More than 10+ year experience in SAP Basis experiences such as Designing & Implementing Landscape and Infrastructure, Client Strategy, Capacity Planning (Sizing), High-Availability & Disaster Recovery setup, Backup & Recovery Strategy, Storage systems, SAP Upgrades, OS/DB Migration, Solutions, and Basis Administration
Hand-on SAP Systems experience: ECC, TM, MDM, IBP, PI/PO, SRM, CRM, Fiori, EM, Portal, BI/BW on HANA, BOBJ
Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for SAP Basis Administration and operations.
Experience in summarizing and presenting complex topics to non-technical audiences
