Overview

Elevate is recruiting a Sr. Service Desk Analystto join our high-performing IT Services team.

Specifically, you will

  • Respond to email or phone calls from attorneys and other staff members to resolve application, phone, printer, or computer problems in real-time.
  • Process IT helpdesk requests for system access, logins and a variety of computer-related issues.
  • Escalate specific issues to appropriate team members following standard protocol. Work with users remotely to troubleshoot and resolve their issues.
  • Perform scheduled software installations and upgrades.
  • Assist customers with desktop application installation, maintenance and troubleshooting including secure access, MS Office, Windows, iManage Setup and deploy desktops, laptops, and other devices including secure access.
  • Engage in a range of special projects and initiatives.

Experience

  • 5+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years in a professional/office environment.
  • 2+ years in a level 2 Helpdesk Support role
  • Advanced education in a Computer related field Law firm experience a big plus.

  • Excellent communication both spoken and written Professional demeanour with good judgment
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail as well as solid organizational and time management skills Ability to proactively seek out new duties and learn new applications quickly. Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Technical Skills

  • Expert level in the Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint Thorough knowledge of Windows 10 Experience with NetDocs, VDI and aderant a bonus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
