PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

• Enable Analytics in Organization to make it one of the strongest pillar
• Drive Strategic Analytics Projects to improve the business operation & help management in Decision making

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enable analytics in organization & across teams
• Understand business models & data structure behind it.
• Bring Insights about the business & ensure effective development of analytics reports/dashboards
• Ensure smooth running of analytics operations
• Continuous improvement: Take initiative to identify and roll out improvement initiatives related both to key deliverables (e.g. new, innovative data sources, analytic insights, tools) as well as operational process improvement (e.g. improving processes and communications).
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Ensure high quality, adherence to standards and best practices for all deliverables & ensure the smooth deliveries
• Team and work management – Deliver Value, Work Prioritization, Delivery Management
• Stakeholder management – Understand leadership requirements, Liaison with functions (Supply chain, Finance, Marketing etc ) and Central/Regional teams, Drive change
• Deliver Value, Work Prioritization, Delivery Management & help in day to day activities

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 6-7 years of relevant work experience
• MBA (Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics) from a premier institution
• Good understanding of finance/marketing/supply chain/operations data & respective processes/ functions from relavant manufacturing set-up & related Datasets
• Data Analysis, Data Management, Project Management, Any BI Tool (Qlik Sense/PowerBI Etc), Analytics Exp, SAP, BW, Advanced Excel (Required)
• Data Science, R/Python, Ideation, Machine Learning (Recommended)
• Strong problem solving skills - Ability to break a problem down into smaller parts and develop a solution based approach
• Strong analytical bent of mind with strong communication/persuasion skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment
• Creative & Excellent Reasoning Skill
