Preferably to Female Candidate..

~Handling of import transaction , documentation , import tariff, department coordination
~Knowledge about budget management and international trade and taxation
~Handle any Custom, DGFT and Forex matters if occurs
~Responsible to handle international communication with Suppliers & Buyers
~Handling Import-Custom Formalities and Import-shipping Line Formalities ,other Import activities.
~Co-Ordination with CHA and Freight Forwarder, shipper about import shipment
~Checking & approving Import checklist (for filling BE) and BL Draft
~Tracking of vessel, checking the status of BE on Ice-Gate, Also checking the status of Container stuffing at counterpart and Container destuffing at port and movement of the same.
~Arranging Custom Duty Payment and CFS Payment
Communicate lead through mail and calls in order to generates inquiry from rawdata.
~In contact with freight forwarder for freight quotation to tracking and deliver of shipment on time Payment related ~Conversation with client (initiative advance payment as per terms)and upon shipment follow-up for outstanding payment
~Preparing pre-shipment export document and forward to documentation dept.
~Well developed communication skills and customer orientation
