Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kannur North for a Staff Nurse. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for the direct care of patients, including administering medications and treatments according to physicians’ orders, monitoring patients’ vital signs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide individualized patient care. They will also participate in ongoing education and mentorship programs to continue to develop their nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
  • Active RN license in the state where working is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, and evaluate patient responses to interventions
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice
  • Prior experience in acute care, critical care, or emergency nursing is preferred
