Medusera has been founded with the vision to create better opportunities for the medical workforce. Using the Earn-While-You-Learn model, medusera in partnership with Dev Bhoomi Institute of Nursing, Dehradun, has designed its flagship course ’Post-Graduate Program in Critical Care Nursing’.


This is a two-year program and will be offered to nurses who have completed GNM / B.Sc. Nursing. It will be taught online and will be self-paced learning. Along with online video classes, nurses enrolled in this program will also go through two-year training in the top hospital.


Eligibility

Candidate must have completed G.N.M. / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing before the commencement of the program.

Candidates expected to complete their internship on or before the date of commencement of the program can also apply.

No work experience is required.


Salary

Students of this program will be appointed as Staff Nurse / Staff Nurse apprentice and will get a salary of up to 20,000/month, depending on the training Hospital’s pay-scale policy.


Training Hospitals

Training Hospitals will be hospitals of Delhi NCR, Gwalior, Bhopal and Dehradun.

Students will get a choice of the hospital before joining.


Age of admission

There is no maximum age limit.


Program Duration

The minimum duration of the programme is two years.

However, the students are given a maximum period of four years to complete the online teaching program from the date of commencement.
