Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for multiple release lines across Coreload, EML and Cyber release lines.
- Have to ensure system level integration, assess overall system impact, QMS / DHF compliance, representing design control process and additionally handle Quality metrics, dashboard and Continuous improvement, ensure quality target are met.
- Identify the scope of the work, provide initial estimate and justify the estimate with facts
- Demonstrate the understanding of Agile software development lifecycle and able to distinguish the core inputs and outputs in each cycle.
- Engage in technical discussions; participate in technical designs
- Execute in a fast pace delivery mode and focus in delivering tasks to meet the product release goal
- Understand whole product, its modules and the interrelationship between them
- Articulate the need for scalability and understand the importance of improving quality through testing.
- Work with Product Line Leaders (PLLs) to understand product requirements & vision
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
- 6+ years of Experience
Desired Characteristics Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of overall System & Software Design
- Review and assess FMEA, Design for Reliability, SOUP Analysis, Impact Analysis from defects / new requirements with Scrum Teams
- Review and approve Nessus scans, Fossology scan, DHF Release documents, Defect closure, DRB Analysis and ALM requirements
- Track and ensure continuous improvement on Release Quality, Metrics, CI/CD and Automation
