We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store/Purchase Manager to oversee our restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Monitor inventory and ordering of food and supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to run our restaurant effectively.
  • Train new staff members and ensure that they are fully trained on all restaurant procedures and policies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and up-to-date restaurant environment that meets all health and safety standards.
  • Prepare financial reports and budget plans to ensure that the restaurant operates within budgetary constraints.
  • Work with the restaurant team to create a positive and engaging work environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 1to 2 years of experience as a store/purchase manager
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of restaurant financials and budget planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Store management: 1 year (Preferred)
