Job Description Summary

The Supply Chain Solutions team has an opening for a Supply Chain IT Analyst at our Gandhinagar, India. This position reports to the Manager of Supply Chain Solutions IT. This role will be responsible for providing solutions to the day to day supply chain queries to support mission critical supply chain functions. This role will work closely with development team and key business stakeholders to define and establish enterprise data model, design new supply chain functionalities, and drive continuous system improvement projects. The successful candidate must have good understanding of key supply chain processes, and preferably hands on experience in building supply chain solutions from ground up.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand solution pain points, troubleshoot complex planning issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Organize to develop new supply chain functionalities and business processes.
  • Improve data governance, data maintenance, and data quality monitoring processes to ensure high data integrity across all system modules.
  • Drive continuous improvements on solution scalability and reliability.
  • Responsible for maintaining system architecture documentation, including reviewing and approving data dictionary and interface changes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years hands on experience in designing, constructing, testing, and supporting supply chain planning solutions, such as i2 SCP, JDA ESP, JDA Order Promiser, SAP APO, Adexa.
  • Working on JDA SCPO platform will be plus.
  • 3-5 years’ experience implementing and supporting enterprise system integration within the supply chain management domain.
  • Strong Oracle PL/SQL experience including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
  • Experience with Oracle 10g and 11g.
  • Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and functional teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of software development cycle.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or other technical degrees.
