About This Opportunity

We are now looking for a Support Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. You will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.

What You Will Do
  • Fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
  • Analyze and find suitable solutions for issues reported by customers, through contact with them gather data and information about any specific problem that has been reported to Ericsson.
  • Work with assigned tickets, using support tools according to global support processes and procedures.
  • Work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson.
  • Take on RAN assignments and work both remotely and on site for various projects
  • Develop competence in technical domain
  • Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
  • Emergency Support handling in the longer run.
  • You may have the opportunity to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.
You will bring
  • Strong Knowledge of NR NSA, NR SA and ESS RAN and Core Network Architecture.
  • 8-12 years of Experience in RAN Software Support!
  • Solid grasp of RAN Protocols and Procedures.
  • Competence in Analyzing L3, L2 and Physical layer traces and Error.
  • Proficient in developing quick understanding of New 5G Features and Functionality.
  • Basic Knowledge about 5G core and EPC Functionalities.
  • Basic Understanding RAN tuning and Optimization techniques.
  • Good Knowledge of Cloud RAN Basics, Native Cloud, ORAN
