Development/Implementation of Functions based on requirements/specifications
Verification of Functions using static checks and perform peer reviews
Validation of Functions by unit testing (e.g. using Tessy)

Troubleshooting issues quickly and supporting the team to identify the root cause
Tangible contribution to Innovation(Product/Process/Business/Paper/Publication/Patents)
Bring in ideas for process/efficiency improvements
Mentoring & Coaching new joiners

Technical Skills
Experience in
a) Implementation of software products
b) Developing program modules
c) Unit Testing
d) Embedded C Programming, Algorithms, Data Structures, OS
e) Working in agile software development life cycles (SDLC)

Knowledge on
a) Protocols : (Eg : CAN/KWP/Flexray/SPI/I2C)
b) Concepts : (Eg : OOPS/OOAD)
