  • § Around 2 years ofexperience

    § Good experience ininstallation and troubleshooting of desktops/laptops, printers

    § Good experience oninstallation of Windows XP and MS-Office

    § Knowledge ofWindows Domain, Servers, DHCP and DNS

    § Installation andtroubleshooting of Antivirus software

    § Good knowledge onoutlook client

    § Good experience oninstallation of desktops/laptops, printers

    § Asset / Inventorymanagement


    Deliverables


    § All DesktopProblems ( Hardware and Software)

    § MonitoringAntivirus and Systems Performance

    § Troubleshooting,Diagnosing malfunctions in the operation of hardware and software.

    § Maintain all theassets and update the asset database at regular intervals.

    § Provide regulartechnical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals,

    § Provide regulartechnical support for Operating systems, mail support and basic networksupport/troubleshooting

    § Performsmiscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Manager

    § TroubleshootingLAN / VPN issues for clients

    § Close all assignedtickets in the ticketing system within SLA

    § Follow IT policiesand procedures to execute daily work

    § Provide Executivesupport to Management on a need basis
