Systems Support Engineers (Office 365, Azure) - Raiseaticket
We are looking for Office 365, Azure support engineers to provide enterprise-level expertise and support to our infrastructure. Ultimately, you will be a person of our system teams’ trust. We will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to our client’s technical problems and scalability.

- Possess extensive experience in systems integration of Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Data Protection, Cloud, Virtualization and Development amongst others

Responsibilities
- Working with our systems clients on understanding and optimizing the Azure and office 365 environment for their needs.
- Windows Server troubleshooting skills across different deployments of Windows Servers services AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Azure AD connect, CA, IIS.
- Using performance tools to improve performance and scale of different environments.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Track issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal and external teams.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Document technical knowledge.
- Undergo ongoing training.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Windows Server services AD, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Azure AD, CA, IIS.
- Server and Storage Hardware Troubleshooting experience.
- Backup solution knowledge like VEEAM would be an advantage.
- VDI, VMWare Esxi experience would be an advantage.
- Understanding of technical support practices such as ticket documentation, SLAs, and escalation processes.
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365 certification would be considered a plus.
