Overall Responsibility:

This position will be responsible for carrying out Production support for customizations for Oracle R12 EBS Global Instance for Emerson Automation Solutions. Requires skills in Investigation, Problem resolution and Communication

Skills Experience Required:

  • 7-9 years of business-related experience
  • 7+ years of technical experience with Oracle Applications 11i implementations/Support in Supply chain Management, Order Management, Quote/Order-to-Cash Flow, Procurement areas
  • Expert Knowledge and hands-on development experience in PL/SQL,
  • Oracle Reports, XML Publisher Reports, Workflow, OAF, Forms Personalization, Oracle APIs
  • Expert knowledge in workflow area is must to have
  • Basic understanding of integration between Configurator and other EBS
  • Functional areas such as (BOM, INV, Quoting, Pricing, OM and IB)
  • Ability to program in PL/SQL, SQL, XML and Java
  • Must have hands-on development experience in PL/SQL
  • Experience in systems analysis, gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency
  • Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle
  • Knowledge of PVCS and Kintana will be a plus.
  • Motivated and competent to contribute time and effort to work assigned
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment as requested.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Must be willing to work in shifts

Qualifications

  • BE/ B. Tech/ MCA
  • Candidate should possess the degree from a recognized University/ Institution only
