A Bit About You

As we continue to build out our Global People Operations team, we are looking to bring on a Talent Acquisition Consultantthat is eager to learn how to infuse creativity with practical Talent Acquisition and business knowledge. You will be responsible for filling roles in the India market, while partnering with and coaching hiring managers in India & the United States on selecting the right talent and ensuring Diversity & Inclusion is at the forefront of the process.

This is not your typical HR role as you will be joining a team and company where creativity and innovation is both fostered and welcomed!

You Will

  • Perform full cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions including assessments, the requisition process, interviews and offers
  • Be a consultative partner and trusted advisor to multiple hiring managers from beginning through the final stage of the search process
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform the team and managers about changes in regulations
  • Be a GroundTruth ambassador by positioning and implementing ideas to help further develop the company’s professional network through college recruitment programs and other potential partnerships
  • Spearhead and/or participate in special team projects
  • Culture is key at GroundTruth – prepare to contribute and help further develop the culture of the entire team and broader company

You Have

  • 6-8 years of demonstrated experience in recruiting - experience as an in-house recruiter (preferred)
  • 2+ years experience recruiting for Software Engineering roles
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with India focused job boards (Naukri preferred)
  • Experience with customer service/experience, CRM, and conflict resolution
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • High sense of urgency yet a calm demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance laws in India
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices
  • An understanding and demonstrated proficiency in various recruitment tools/strategies and emerging trends
  • Experience working with startups or in a fast paced environment (preferred)
