Job Description:Currently seeking an energetic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition to join our fast-paced, fulllife cycle recruitment team; supporting field support and proposal recruitment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.board/newspapers/colleges etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods tofilter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesam
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during theselection process
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  
  

Skills Required

• Good experience in
  
  

German .

• Candidate should be a
  
  

Graduate.

• Proven work experience in International engineers recruitment (either an in-houserecruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing,reference check etc.)
• Excellent communication skills – written & oral.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Time management& multitasking ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills
