Job Description (JD)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fifo Homes, your primary responsibility will be to attract, source, and hire top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in building a strong workforce that aligns with the company’s goals and culture. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to source potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process for candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India is preferred.
