  • Liaise with service line managers to understand recruiting needs and guide them to create job descriptions
  • Create recruiting workflow for each new position and follow diligently
  • Post openings on EXO Edge s careers page, job portals and other social media platforms
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and drive the entire recruitment lifecycle through our ATS
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
  • Track and report HR recruitment metrics like recruiting SLAs, cost of hiring, etc.

Bringing in the below experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience of hiring in the KPO/BPO/Legal function of a global organization
  • Experience in HR administration and reporting preferred
  • Experience in bulk hiring would be an added advantage

Technically sound in:

  • Comfortable using a broad range of technologies incl. ATS s to bring efficiencies to the recruiting process
  • Skilled at using online portals (like LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.) to source a broad range of talent
  • Sufficient MS Office skills to create documents, reports and edit presentation materials
