NZ & Associates was founded on the principle of assisting Startups and Small & Medium Enterprises with their Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Corporate Law and Company Secretary business functions. We are seeking applications for the position of Direct Tax Associate for our firm.
*Direct Tax Associate*

Responsibilities

1. Ensure timely closing of books of accounts and financial reporting. Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately and timely recorded, filed, and reported.
2. Assist with all aspects of accounting which includes, but is not limited to, the Financial Statements, General Ledger, Payroll, Accounting, etc
3. Take care of all the direct taxation related compliances
4. Assisting in ROC Work
5. Handling Appeals, scrutiny, reply, etc
6. DTAA
7. Certifications like 15CA/CB

Requirements

1. Should have a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from a recognized organization and should have cleared Inter CA Examinations
2. Excellent knowledge of Direct Taxation (Compliances and rules)
3. Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant experience
4. Proficient in Tally ERP.9 & MS-Office (Word & Excel)
5. Pro – active and result oriented approach
6. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
7. Trustworthy and motivated
