Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Leader at Vision Honda located in Kottayam. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the team’s daily tasks, providing guidance and support, managing team performance, and ensuring a positive working environment. The Team Leader will also collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of automobile industry and products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred
